Enrollment and Refund Policy

By booking one of our Business English courses, you agree to the terms below. We have designed these rules to be clear, fair, and easy to understand for all learners.

 

 

1. Course formats

Our Business English courses are offered in different formats, including group, pair, and one-to-one lessons. The course content may be similar, but the level of individual attention and interaction depends on the format chosen.

 

2. Course start and scheduling

All courses run at fixed dates and times. When you book, your place is reserved for that specific course block. Please make sure the schedule works for you before confirming your booking. 

 

3. Minimum enrolment for group courses

Our group courses require a minimum number of participants to go ahead. If too few learners book, we may need to change the course start date, offer a different format, or provide another solution. (Except our FF+ (Flexible Format Plus) courses which run even with 1 participant.)

 

If the minimum number is not reached, we will contact you before the course begins and offer one of the following options:

  • a place in another group course,
  • a pair course or one-to-one alternative,
  • a new start date,
  • a credit for future use,
  • or a refund.

 

4. What a credit means

A credit is an amount we keep on your account for later use. It is not lost money and can be used for a future course or lesson with us. For example, if you booked a course that could not run as planned, we may give you a credit of the same value so you can apply it to another course later.

You can use your credit for:

  • a future course booking,
  • another course format,
  • or a lesson package we offer later.

Credits are only issued when we cannot run the booked course as agreed and you prefer not to take a refund. We will always explain your options clearly before changing your booking.

 

5. Cancellations by learners

If you need to cancel, please inform us as early as possible.

Cancellation rule:

  • Cancellations made at least 7 days before the course start: full refund or credit.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start: no refund, unless we can fill your place.
  • Once a course has started, missed lessons are normally non-refundable.

6. Rescheduling

If you cannot attend a session, we will try to help where possible, but rescheduling is not guaranteed. For one-to-one lessons, rescheduling may be possible with sufficient notice. For group lessons, missed sessions cannot usually be repeated.

 

7. No-shows

If a learner does not attend a scheduled lesson without notice, the lesson is considered used and cannot normally be refunded or rescheduled. 

 

8. Course materials and access

Any course materials, recordings, or digital resources provided are for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or distributed without permission.

 

9. Refunds

Refunds are only given in line with this policy. If a course is cancelled by us and no suitable alternative is accepted, you will receive a refund or credit.

 

10. Fair use (Behaviour and participation)

We want to maintain a respectful and productive learning environment. We reserve the right to remove any learner whose behaviour is disruptive, abusive, or prevents others from learning. In such cases, no refund is normally given for missed sessions.
